Hannah & Brandon | Lace, Sunflowers, and Cowboy Boots | A Texas Backyard Wedding

Updated: Sep 26, 2025

Some weddings just stick with you, and Hannah & Brandon’s day will always be one of my favorites. Their celebration was the perfect mix of Southern charm, rustic details, and heartfelt moments that truly captured the spirit of a Texas wedding.

The ceremony took place in the backyard on a warm, sunny afternoon. Guests were greeted with the sight of lace accents, bright sunflowers, and, of course, plenty of cowboy boots. The details were thoughtful yet simple—elegant without being overdone, and full of personality. Every detail reflected who Hannah and Brandon are: warm, down-to-earth, and full of joy.

After the ceremony, friends and family gathered at a pavilion in the park for the reception. The space may have been darker, but it was filled with energy and laughter. Hannah was all smiles as she and Brandon shared their first dances, and the night came alive with a line dance where rows of cowboy boots hit the floor in unison. It was lively, joyful, and the perfect reflection of a true Texas celebration.

This wedding will always stand out to me because of how authentic it felt. The lace, the boots, the sunflowers—it was all so beautifully Texan, and it’s the kind of wedding style I know many couples here still dream about. Hannah and Brandon’s day was a reminder that a backyard wedding can be every bit as meaningful and stunning as a big venue celebration.

If you’re planning a backyard wedding in Texas and love the charm of rustic details, lace, cowboy boots, and sunflowers, I’d love to help capture your day in a way that’s authentic, heartfelt, and timeless.
